We had water gushing out near our meter, and GVSUD said it was on our side, wouldn't touch it. When I called Quarter Moon, they promised to get someone out here within a couple of hours, and they did! Within 30 minutes of arriving, they had it fixed. I only had to pay for the service call (since it took less than an hour to fix) plus a few inexpensive parts.
