I am very pleased with the simple and easy process that it was to get a washer and dryer. I filled out the request online, received a call within a few hours and had a delivery scheduled for the next day. The representative that installed my washer and dryer was super friendly and let me know every step of the way what he was doing and that it wouldn’t take long. He ensured everything was balanced and hooked up properly.

Absolutely wonderful! Turnaround time was super quick! I placed my request only last night was set up for delivery time between 4 and 5 PM and was able to receive the machine before 3! Tony was very friendly and professional. Explained the process of installing, billing and even explained how to request maintenance for the machine. Everything was set up and ready to use in less than 20 minutes! Awesome service! Thanks! ?

Tony with quack rentals was so friendly! He was also communicative about when he was arriving and he was so fast!! He took out the old dryer and put in the new one all in 30 minutes!! ? He helped us move our couch to get the dryer to the balcony. He replaced ours. He told us what was wrong with the old one. I’ve never had a bad experience dealing with quack rentals and I’ve been renting with them for 3 years!! From the office staff to the technicians, Great customer service every time!!!
