I have been a customer for over 15 years! The customer service has not been as good. But their prices keep me coming back! I'm sure their company growth has affected their customer service. I'm a residential customer, and they seem to service corporate companies better. Their minum purchases have also gone up, which again is more conducive to corporate companies. Hopefully, they will keep the residential customer in mind in the future. They offer great filters at a great price.
