He was able to get me in through my garage!!! After trying everything to get me in through the front door… NO DAMAGE and affordable, especially compared to other well known competitors/companies!

Imagine my panic as I closed the rental car back door and the driver's door remained locked as my phone buzzed that my flight was boarding in about an hour, and all my belongings remained inside...the rental car company could not get help out for 90 min., the hotel could not provide any support, but by some stroke of luck Pronto picked up the phone. Not only did they quickly unlock the car, but calmed me down (a hysterical mess at 6am), and helped to reduce the shame and stupidity I felt at having closed the door with the keys inside.
