Imagine my panic as I closed the rental car back door and the driver's door remained locked as my phone buzzed that my flight was boarding in about an hour, and all my belongings remained inside...the rental car company could not get help out for 90 min., the hotel could not provide any support, but by some stroke of luck Pronto picked up the phone. Not only did they quickly unlock the car, but calmed me down (a hysterical mess at 6am), and helped to reduce the shame and stupidity I felt at having closed the door with the keys inside. My wife and I live in an old historic home that still has its original locks. We unfortunately got locked out and had to get help to get back in. Thankfully, Pronto Lock and Key responded quickly and worked diligently on what was an unusual lock to have. Cristin worked with us and was able to get us back inside. Would recommend her and Pronto Lock and Key's services!

As a business owner in Downtown San Antonio, finding a reliable commercial locksmith is a must. Pronto Lock & Key came to the rescue when we needed to upgrade our office locks and install a more secure system. Their locksmith was incredibly professional, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. He also explained everything in detail and made sure we felt comfortable with the new security setup. I can’t recommend them enough if you need a commercial locksmith downtown!
