Even though i only had their insurance for 1 month (way too expensive) the ladies in the office were very attentive to my needs/wants and i recommend them. They asked me questions, answered my questions, were very polite, and compassionate. Would come back again if i needed to change insurance.

Desiree Sanchez is an exceptional Insurance Agent. She made sure that I was taken care of in an appropriate manner during a difficult time and I just really want to show my appreciation/recognition to her service forwards me. She understood the severity of my situation and knew the exactly buttons to press to rectify my situation. She is definitely more than qualified and I hope her superiors recognize her for great customer service, knowledge on policies, and just be outright friendly. If I was I pronto Insurance I would most definitely hang onto her as she proved to me that she's a valuable asset to the company! Thank you Desiree, Jon Garcia
