Excellent customer service from Joseph and Nero, great to call ahead, suggested certain improvements, and provided very quick service on a hot day with a hot metal roof. Super personable and kind!
Maydan was professional and answered all my questions with patience and insured I understood what he planned to do in order to clean the fireplace. In addition, he explained what additional pieces were needed to use the fireplace after a plumber completed installation of the gas line. He also spoke to my roommate who had additional questions on the phone and answered her questions. He explained in detail why gas was better than wood in this particular fireplace. Pricing was excellent. Highly recommend.
Today we had two of the employees from Professional Airduct Cleaning service our in-door propane fire place. Both employees were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Their knowledge, skills and abilities are second to none. They first listened to my concerns then quickly assessed the equipment and diagnosed the problem. They recommend a course of action to return the appliance to optimal working condition and had it apart then back together and functioning properly in a short time.
