We had met with Richard a couple of times resulting in selecting carpet and hardwood floors for our home. He was patient and informative while helping us decide what we wanted. We were ready to set the install date but then had to put everything on hold at our end. Fast forward 3 weeks, very unexpectedly, our plans changed so I reached out to pride floors and they worked their magic. We had new carpet and wood floors within a week. It looks beautiful! Both the carpet crew and the wood floor crew were very professional and did a great installation job. We will definitely be using them again.

of all the project details. Everyone that came to our home was on time and polite, and they asked me a lot of questions to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be using them again for future projects!
Big job for me and he made it so easy and best price on some beautiful floors…. Saved per foot after shopping around for weeks… how wonderful to know I’m getting the best price!
