Customers have had wonderful experiences with Premier Pools & Spas, praising the team's attentiveness to their design preferences and budget, as well as the high quality of the construction work. The sales and construction teams, including Cody, Kiki, and Bubba, are known for their great customer service, patience, and responsiveness. Cody took the time to visit customers' homes to explain the underground pool process and provided a 3D pool design the very next day, impressing clients with his professionalism. Kiki was praised for being incredibly responsive and providing exactly the information needed when needed, ensuring the project stayed on budget and met expectations. Bubba offered options within the budget to help make the project happen, making customers feel confident and satisfied. Customers are thrilled with the final pool and spa results and look forward to making lasting memories with their families around their new backyard centerpiece.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Premiere Pools! Building a pool is a huge investment and after talking with several companies. I’m glad I chose Premiere Pools. I especially want to recognize Daniel Falcon in sales, From day one, he was honest, straightforward, and never tried to oversell me. Everything he told me, from the cost, the process, to the timeline, and what to expect, was exactly how everything turned out. Premier Pools & Spas exceeded our expectations from first contact with our Salesperson (Daniel Falcon). He thoroughly explain what was involved and worked with us to make our dream pool come to a reality. As we transition to meeting the rest of the build team, we were blessed with our Project Manager, Todd, a knowledgeable and experience worker that kept us informed at each build phase of what was about to happen and ensured we were satisfied of the progress. When it was time to select tile and coping, Kiki, patiently showed us options and provided insight of what would last longer in the Texas sun. Overall, the pool was completed ahead of time. We had an amazing experience working with Daniel at Premier Pools! From start to finish, he was absolutely extraordinary and truly went above and beyond for us. Building a custom pool can feel overwhelming, but Daniel made the entire process smooth, organized, and actually enjoyable.
He was always responsive, patient with our questions, and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. His communication and follow-through gave us so much confidence throughout the build. Because of Daniel, what could have been a stressful project turned into a great experience.
