As a family, this was our first time losing a parent. Monica was patient upon the first day we met knowing that we were dealing with deep grief upon losing our father. ANY IT professional knows that before an online event the technicians must be there sufficinetly ahead of time to TEST. Troubleshoot, find and fix issues! Do you see failures like this from public figures? If you didn't test the system and have it operational hours before, it is because your IT staff is incompetent. Period.
I'm am extremeley sad that you left us in the dark. Consider hiring a compent staff before you sell a service that you are incapable of offering a grieving family.

All of the P_L team involved in the many logistical details left out nothing. Our family received their undivided professional and compassionate attention.
