I have been attending Pilates Authentica since May 2023 and this is the first time that I have truly learned the correct way to do Pilates! The personal attention given by Pilates instructor, Cecilia, is impeccable! Her small classes are wonderful and she is able to guide you with a personal touch during every class while learning the proper use of all equipment and mat pilates. Going to Pilates Authentica has allowed me to grow and develop so much that I really enjoy attending and feel myself getting stronger! Last, the classes are fun! Pilates classes have changed our lives by dramatically increasing our strength, flexibility and balance. Daily aches and pains gone! Cecilia is extremely knowledgable, patient and a great coach. She challenges you without pushing too hard so that you make gains while keeping motivation high. I say “we” because my husband and I both take classes, and are so grateful we found Cecilia!
I am a Pilates instructor myself, and can say that Pilates Authentica resembles what true Pilates is. Even with the group classes, you almost feel that you are getting a private lesson. I personally take classes here and get a great workout, but also feel amazing in my body when I leave. I have learned so much about my body, and what I need to focus on to make it better, and therefore I am able to teach others and help them with similar needs.
