“Let me start by saying this amazing animal care facility is definitely a five star experience for both you and your fur family members. We rescued a cat and unfortunately were not aware of the issues that come with along with the process. We took our new family member to a vet within the two weeks
Allotted by the animal rescue service. The service cost us over $200 without any vaccinations or medications to be filled. It was a check up. The staff was apathetic, offering no positive feedback. We then found Spring Creek animal Hospital, looking for a better fit for our fur baby. From the moment you walk in the door you will know that it is the place for you to bring your fur baby. The loving care you receive as a family starts at reception, flows through to the assistants, right to the doctor. They listen to our concerns, offered solutions, and most importantly, treated our fur baby like his life and his being had value. The staff is not only kind, but they are also very empathetic and caring. I am so glad that we found this amazing staff and facility. A lot of of times when you have a fur baby that has become such a pivotal part of your family, There are places that take advantage of your love for your fur baby and your lack of knowledge. We have had it happen to us before at other places with other pets. It is often reflected, in the treatment of your fur baby And the exorbitant prices, along with the suggestions of treatment after treatment with no true resolution. This is not that place, If you’re looking for a Veterinarian who will not only treat your pet, but sincerely, and truly cares for their well-being and yours, Spring Creek animal Hospital is where you should be. Follow up phone calls, consultations with the doctors, getting appointments with ease and medication delivery made easy. Empathetic, Kind, caring, loving, and professional. A staff that gives 100% with every patient every day. I hope they know how much we appreciate them and the work they do and how well they do it.“

“My Golden Mountain Doodle, Boerne, spent 2 weeks at All Dogs Unleashed in October at just 5 months old, and is going back tomorrow for boarding and refresher training. She loved her time with all her new friends, and frankly, All Dogs Unleashed has made the transition from being a small dog mom to a BIG dog mom possible! Also, boarding with refresher training is very reasonable. Boerne will be back!❤️“

“This is a great place staffed by a caring animal lovers. The space itself is large, open and bright. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The doctor who saw my cat was so knowledgeable and gave me and my cat her undivided attention. One veterinarian I saw before her appeared to be in a hurry. He was not personable, gave me a quick hello, looked at my cat's lip and was gone. His attendants took care of the rest. I didn't even get to meet one vet in South S.A.. Never even saw her! I went home to wait, my cat was trapped in his carrier for 4 hours and then she called me on the phone and explained to me what was wrong. I had a hard time understanding her since she had a rather pronounced accent. She said I could come and pick up my cat, which I did. I paid the bill and the receptionist handed over my cat. Towne North doesn't operate this way. They truly care about animals' well-being and comfort as well as the owner's satisfaction. I highly recommend them.“

“We took our whippet Cheeto in for an Urgent Care Visit with Dr. Jones. She is so so kind and thorough, a genuinely a good person. Despite being busy, she took her time to examine Cheeto, explain what was going on, and answer questions. We are new to the area and are excited to establish with Dr. Jones at CityVet for our pet wellness care. Their facilities are super nice and the staff and Drs. are even nicer.“

“I came to San Antonio because my mom was hospitalized and not doing well at the time. I had to bring my puppy, Buddy but he wasn’t allowed in the ICU. I searched online and found Good Dog was located on the way to the hospital from my hotel.
It was amazing! Buddy was a bit nervous but after his initial “test” he was in!!! When I picked him up the young lady at the front desk told me how great Buddy was and shared how a few things about his day. I told my phone had died on the way and I had no way to navigate back to my hotel…she offered me their charging cable…way above what I expected! Buddy was so excited when we returned the next 3 days!!!!?
They made a stressful time so much easier! Thanks to all the staff❤️

“I thought I was in an impossible situation when my two furbabies all of the sudden started violently fighting repeatedly, after being together for 4 years. Other trainers that I called wouldn't even see them saying it was a lost cause and that I was going to have to make the difficult choice of rehoming one (not an option) or living with them separate forever. Within an hour of Travis' training session and my girls were already responding so well they could be around each other again without trying to rip each other's faces off. 24 hours later with all the humans in the house implementing his training, and they are starting to love each other again. I will be forever grateful to Travis for showing us light at the end of a tunnel from what seemed a completely lost cause.
