Before you decide to have spinal surgery, please visit Dr. Cidnik and his team of caring professionals. I had several injured discs in my neck after a car accident, and I did not want surgery. Dr. Cidnik let me know that I was a candidate for Intravertebral Differential Dynamics Disc Treatment (IDD Therapy), which is a much more specific and targeted treatment than traditional decompression therapies. My results have been amazing, and I am able to do normal everyday tasks again without pain! On July 2025-I injured my lower back while lifting weights. I went to see an orthopedic Doctor. They did an MRI and found a bulging/herniated disc in my lower back. I was referred to a spine specialist for possible surgery to repair the damage to my spine. I was experiencing a lot pain, numbness & tingling down my lower back and down my left leg & foot (Sciatica). My lower back pain was so debilitating, even simple daily tasks like standing, sitting and walking were at times unbearable.
