Pa -Ru Roofing and Construction LLC was hired to replace my roor after a hail storm. Another homeowner referred Pa-Ru roofing to me. Mr. Paul Espinoza came to my home, looked over my roof damage. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and above all honest in his quote. He was there at my home when the insurance claim rep arrived to check on the hail damage.paul pointed out damage and/ or concerns that the claim rep had not identified. Paul also identified damage as the work was ongoing and submitted the necessary supplemental claim documents. All the claim damage cost was approved and paid. Throughout the entire process, Paul was incredibly responsive and kept me informed. They went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right, expertly replacing rotten wood around the chimney and fixing vents, even though the insurance hadn't yet come through.
The quality of their workmanship is evident in the finished product - my roof looks better than ever.
