I just had the most incredible experience! I've been going to tanning salons for years, but never have I encountered a team that went above and beyond to make a potentially messy billing situation a breeze. I was blown away by their generosity and kindness.
The spray tan itself was amazing (of course).
What really impressed me, though, was the way the team handled the entire situation. They could have easily turned me away or made me feel embarrassed, but instead, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and valued. It's clear that they truly care about their customers and want to provide an exceptional experience.
Just joined today, Kayla was Awesome! Very friendly, patient and professional. She explained everything to me from billing to the tanning bed. If I could give her 10 stars I would. The Facility is so clean and organized.

Kayla is THE BEST at Palm Beach Tan in San Antonio. incredible customer service and amazing attitude. she has the qualities of a Senior Manager no question. not sure if she is but she needs to be. On point every time I come in for a visit.
