I worked with John Monaco and he was very nice and upfront. There were no promises made and they reached out to the irs with me on the line as stated in the commercial. Although my situation was different they told me upfront what was best for me and my situation, I’m very appreciative because other tax businesses would have lied to me and took my money, this law firm did not and I respect them so much for that and I DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who wants honest sufficient information on their tax problem. Very thank to have spoken to John Monaco !!!!!

Ovation helped me with my behind taxes when I desperately needed help. It does stink that they wont credit any fee's associated, other than that they have always been nice and courteous to work with.
