Hit and miss. Sometimes the front desk is friendly, others they are short and borderline rude. It’s not even different employees. Also I was told by the doctor to come back in 3 months after getting checked out for something else… later when rescheduling I was told it was a 2 week minimum and I was refused service unless I payed full price for a check up. So I had to wait a year for my insurance to kick in half blind in one eye because my prescription was wrong.

Love this location. We have been in twice. Last year my daughter and I gout our first pair of glasses with them. My daughter is young and broke her glasses. We made it in time for the warranty. It was inexpensive, quick, with great service! About to book our 3rd visit!

I had a great experience, as always, during my annual eye exam. However, I was a bit frustrated having to resubmit the same HIPAA form in person that I had already submitted online, as they were identical. Dr. Ehiem does a phenomenal job of keeping my visit efficient while thoroughly updating me on any changes with my eyes. I also enjoy the friendly, engaging conversation she brings to the appointment!
