Definitely recommend!! From the moment i stepped into the office the entire staff was welcoming and attentive.
Dr. Longoria answered all my questions and was very thorough with my eye exam.
3 stars for three years. I have had great times here. However, it was time to renew my prescription, so I scheduled an appointment over the phone. I left work early, but when I arrived, they stated they did not have an appointment for me; now I am out of sick hours. Will find somewhere else to go.
Update: I sent an email on the 31st (as the company responded to my review bellow) have not heard back from them. ? I’ll keep my review at 3 stars but that’s still upsetting.
The staff here are very friendly and the customer service is top notch! George assisted us in ordering our prescription eyewear, he took his time in explaining the products, and took his time in answering all of our questions!
