I have been coming to Yen for over 14 years, some times to other technicians if I didn’t have an appointment. Always friendly, relaxed, offers water, love the chair massage. I am rough on my nails-gardening, projects. I always feel like a new person and so appreciate the quality of the service.. The technician always clean the bowl between clients, wear masks. I come all times of the week and I have never seen an angry or upset client. I have seen some rude behavior. If a rating is old or repeats what others have said, I do not trust them. I've been coming here at least once a month for the past year for a basic pedicure and I've never had any issues. Normally I go in on Sundays and if no one is available they give me a time to come back and sign in at the desk. I live very close so I don't mind driving back.Services: Manicures

Had probably the best experience. At first I couldnt get the guy to talk and carry on a conversation, about half way in he started cutting up and joking with me. Nails were good too.
