Why the 3 stars? The last time I had my clothes cleaned and pressed, the staff neglected to apply one of the coupons for $10. The lady at the counter said it was too late to apply the coupon and stated she’ll put a credit on my account for the next visit. She pointed to a book where she kept track of it. As a first time customer the courteous lady that attended me was professional, and even explained their coupon book of great discounts.
