Much much better experience than a couple of years ago. My dog had a bad experience, but there was also a different crew at the time. I’m not sure what had happened. Fast forward to June 2026, and Hannah, Alyson, Lizeth, Bee, & Chasity were willing to work with my little dog, Trip, who needed some TLC to make this a good experience for him and they did just that. The ladies said to give them a chance to work with Trip to make his stay comfortable, I took them at their word, and they exceeded expectations!!! I love boarding my dog here. The facility is always clean and my dog never looks distressed when I pick her up. The staff is very accommodating and friendly too. Their prices are very very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend them. 💯
Jasmine is soooo good with my baby. She can be very shy, timid, and talkative (Shih Tzu). Jasmine is always so light hearted & takes very good care of my girl during her groom. The front desk receptionists’ are also so sweet & helpful.
