There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for NP Lincoln. They are absolutely amazing and offer top tier service. We have now purchased 2 vehicles from this location and both interactions were as smooth as can be. The staff at NP Lincoln are very friendly, kind, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. We specifically returned because of the interactions we had with the staff the first time we purchased a vehicle years ago. Casper and Brandon were very accommodating and informative. I bought my first vehicle about 3 years ago from North Park Lincoln. Back then I was green by sales agent Mayela and she did such a wonderful job in providing such wonderful service to me and my wife. Well , it's been 3 years since that purchase was made and just the other day I went by to see about updating my vehicle and I made sure to see Mayela. As pretty much expected she gave me the personal one one experience expected by North Park Lincoln. Way to go Mayela
I was 4 hours from home when my check engine light came on. I drove to North Park Lincoln and despite them being super busy they stopped and scanned my car to check if it was safe to drive home and when it was they didn't even charge me. They were very nice the whole process. I would highly recommend their service department to anyone!
