Cynthia is truly the best. You can tell how passionate she is about what she does and, more importantly, that she genuinely cares about the people she works with. After some frustrating experiences elsewhere where I didn’t always feel heard or felt like the focus was more on selling me something than actually helping me, it’s such a relief to feel like I’m in good hands again.
