I had a disappointing experience at this salon. When I called to book an appointment, I was quoted a price range of $75 to $100, which I agreed to. During the appointment, I was assured the maximum cost would be $100 and was asked to return the next day for the final fitting. However, when I returned, the price suddenly increased to $150 without explanation. The staff member was extremely rude, unwilling to discuss the change, and insisted on being paid $150 in cash. I found this behavior unprofessional and the price hike unjustified. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

Not sure if I have to bank this one on a new worker this time around or whatever the case is, but we had such a disheartening experience with a place that we thought was a good fit. We had to make an appointment after visiting in the rain last week. That's understandable. Safety and all. We made an appointment and had to reschedule due to chemo being rescheduled for us. We called the day before the scheduled day early on morning. We called 4 more times just to ensure the message was received so we may have another day. Finally, we got through just to have the most unprofessional person tell us that we were basically SOL. Saying that their time was more valuable. Literally said that! So, I chalked it up to they just never bothered hearing their voice mail. The lady literally said they didn't call us back because they didn't have anything for any day we needed. And on the most condescending inflection. She mentioned now we had to leave a deposit. Listen,I can live with that. What's I cannot live with is what if I don't like your supply? We asked if we get the deposit back. Guess what she said? Seriously. Guess! No was the answer. Ummmm what? Who does that?!? I mean are you not supposed to be in the business to take ON new clients and not lose their business? Google is only the 1st review I'm on so far. I will scour the earth to find more platforms to let others know of our experience. Imagine having cancer and being treated like this. You are NOT better than anyone else, ma'am. Be blessed. And, be better.
