“I've been going to Rio Nail for awhile and I haven't had any issues but on Sunday a lady name Nancy did my feet and nails for a trip I am going on. She dug into my big toe so hard I had to tell her to stop. While she was using the nail drill adter sge put the powder in my nails she literally went through the skin on 4 of my finger to the point where they did bleed while I was washing my hands. Every time I do something and my skin pulls back from my fingers it's painful. I don't get a sorry for her all nor did she try to rectify the situation. I will be returning but I DO NOT want Nancy to ever do my services again.“

I have been picky on how my French tip looks and the nail artist that did my pedicure delivered what I asked for. I believe her name is “Zen”? She is wonderful.
