“EDITED TO ADD in june 2026: i have now returned multiple times and every time i get great customer service, but this last time i went, miss Hannah really blew me out of the water!!! Im usually terrible at small talk and prefer not to chat during service, but i really enjoyed talking with Hannah. Besides her customer service, she was very thoughtful and understood exactly what i wanted with my nails. Definitely going to be requesting her from now on! Bravo!!!
