I have personally had a wonderful experience with George from My Repairman. He was punctual and very professional. This place is awesome! I was a little leery because their overall Google score is not that great but they had 156 positive reviews on NextDoor and since they were able to come out the same day I called I gave them a try. I had a washer that would shut down during its cycle and when I was able to get the door unlocked it was full of dirty water. George came out and said all it likely needed was a water pump cleaning so I only got charged a $75 trip charge and $25 to clean the water pump. Many other companies would have told me I needed a new pump or something else to get more money out of me and I would have believed them. I have used the washer several times since and it is working great. So it’s refreshing to know that there still honest repair people out there and I will definitely give them a call again the next time I need an appliance repaired.

We own a two year old Whirlpool refrigerator that has an ice maker from hell. The factory guys hit a dead end and walked away saying they didn't know how to fix it. We had a recommendation from a friend about these guys and called them. It did talk several visits to figure it out, but figure it out they did! George and Manny were straightforward, honest and professional. Their prices were reasonable and they delayed payment until they got it done! Recommend these guys highly. Good and honest people.

I hate calling a repairman because I always feel like I'm going to be taken to the bank and not sure that my problem will be resolved. It didn't happen with My Repairman. It's a family business and I love that. I called for my washing machine because I didn't feel like fixing it my self. I should have just looked because it was an easy fix. They found it, ordered the part and came back promptly to fix it. They even gave me a temp solution and talked with me about what might also be needed but, did not try to hard sell anything. As a matter of fact I would say they didn't want me to spend more than necessary and they did not create problems to fix either. Now that I know they service all appliances, they will be who I call from here on out. They are also friendly and professional and the pricing is fair and reasonable.
