The techniciand arrived, introduced himself as from Moxie pest control .The technician explained what he was gong to do and why. He was extremely polite,and asked permission to service the front and back yard. He finished the job, and returned to the front door to tell me what he found.
I'm satisfied.This was a warranty job and I am very happy I went with Moxie.
They are very responsive, if I notice bugs around my house between my regular service appointments. I have used Moxie for the last four years, and I doubt I will ever change. Thank you for keeping my house bug free.
The sales rep Caroline was amazing to speak to and very knowledgeable about products and services. Ben, our technician, was very nice, on time and performed our service without disturbing the little ones who were asleep. The rep we spoke to on the phone was peppy and sweet. Overall the service was great.
Graham was my sales person, and this kid went out and beyond! I was not happy with the company I was with, and this gentlemen went the extra mile. Couple days later had my first service done, and it was fast and easy. Very informative, and professional. I’m very pleased with this company already.
