As a service yes it's good. But I asked to receive my X-ray multiple times and now 6 months and never received them. After 6 months I received a call to pay a bill that's wasn't done during my visit. So for sure the front desk didn't know how to do their job correctly. And the doctor charges the wrong codes. So for sure not recommend it.

Everyone was so kind and professional. My teeth are in really bad shape and no one was judgmental towards me at all.

I'm not usually one to write a negative review but this facility wasted my time and money. My first appointment was cancelled and I was not notified until I showed up. In good faith I rescheduled the appointment requesting for a cleaning specifically. During that appointment, they took x-rays, examined my teeth, and informed me that the hygienist "didn't have time" to do a teeth cleaning (the reason for my appointment). I made a third appointment, showed up during my lunch hour, and proceeded to wait over 35 minutes beyond the scheduled time. I left because I could not be late to a meeting I had for work. When I calmly explained my reason for leaving and why I wouldn't be returning, the reply was "okay". No apology, no explanation...just "okay".
Do not, and I repeat, do not waste your time here.

First of all, I would like to express my satisfaction with the operation I received at this location. The staff were kind and hardworking.
However, I encountered issues with the billing and insurance process. I received over 30 calls regarding a remaining balance that I supposedly owe. At the start of the operation, they provided a billing breakdown, showing what was covered by insurance and what I would need to pay out of pocket. I signed this agreement and proceeded with the service. Despite having paid my portion and my insurance covering the rest, I am now being told that my insurance claim was denied because the service was provided at a different location that wasn't covered.
I am confused because I thought I had settled everything once I paid the bill. I would have understood if this issue had been communicated to me upfront, before the operation. How am I supposed to know the true cost of the service if such issues are not addressed beforehand?
