Everything was so well run and professional while also being very friendly and supportive! Kayla took time to truly understand the nature of my issue as well as my goals for treatment. I felt like a cared for member of a family. Everyone from the front office team to the other patients were friendly and there was always an air of fun and laughter. The treatments and exercises were clearly explained and corrected when needed. They were challenging enough to get the results I was wanting yet accessible enough for my state of “injury”. Best physical therapy office I’ve been to!

The staff at all levels are supportive and upbeat. You are warmly greeted by office staff when you arrive. The techs call you back quickly to begin your session and your therapist if not directly guiding or working with you is always aware of your presence and is overseeing your care.

I've been to a few physical therapy sessions in my 63 years, and I'll have to say Momentum PT on Evans Rd. in San Antonio is by far the best I've experienced. I've been twice since 2021 and everything/everyone was great. Katie was my PT for both visits, add she is the epitome of professionalism.
