Mockingbird Optical in Boerne is a mid 20th century operation. No email receipts, paper copies of everything, no online appointments, paper sign-in register only. No interest in automation. I waited one hour in the 1st come 1st serve line and then gave up. And, I wasted a 45 minute round trip drive from home and a one hour wait time. Rose is knowledgeable. But, the customer experience could be a lot better.

Love the doctors and their care! I did not like that I purchased sunglasses with my glasses. I got a deal so why not? Gina advised to bring them back if they don’t work out. I did a week later and was charged a 10% restocking fee. The sunglasses we not altered and the paperwork never mentioned that part. Stick to buying glasses only. Again, doctors are AMAZING!
