I hate to be "that guy" but I'm just going to have to be today. I'm giving this place two stars only because the staff was decent and the out-of-pocket cost wasn't bad. I called this office two weeks ago to schedule an eye exam and gave them all of my insurance information and everything. I get there only to be told they don't accept my insurance and that I'll be paying out of pocket. I was frustrated but decided to stay because I had already made the drive and really needed to get my eyes checked. Well when the doctor does finally come in to see me, he doesn't even really introduce himself or attempt to make the exam personal at all. It all just felt extremely impersonal...read full review
