I'm not sure who the funeral home used for flowers but we ordered the spray on the left, the cost with delivery was over $200 and the picture on the right is what was sent. Maybe the funeral home should rethink who they are using through their sympathy store. This was embarrassing that this is what was sent to my grieving friend and his family. Just shameful on their end.

Losing a loved one—especially a father—is never easy, but I could never thank Martin and the entire team at Mission Park enough for putting together such a beautiful service for my dad. From Paul, who kindly walked my sister and me through choosing the plot, to Martin, who organized the viewing and service with compassion and care—every detail was handled with excellence. Everyone was truly five-star, and Martin made sure everything went exactly as we hoped. I can’t put into words how grateful I am for everything you all did for our family.

Luckily, we had not been here in some time but recently attended a service here. Not much has changed over the years at this location. This is quite evident when you first walk into the chapel and you are greeted not by an employee but by the old carpet smell. The pews are just as old. This place needs a remodel.

Seriously, 5 Stars isn’t enough for our Funeral Director Isabella. If the funeral home’s rating is at 3.7 then it’s because Isabella wasn’t their director. There are no words to express the gratitude towards Isabella for her kindness, professionalism, knowledge and empathy. WOW is hard to achieve in my book but she exceeded that standard and beyond. She suggested options, she gave testimonials and gave us time to digest it all!! She was prompt in returning calls and emails. She diffused emotional tensions and performed with grace and care every step of the way!! Simply - no words or enough stars for Isabella who now has become a family friend. So appreciate everything you have done Isabella and are doing for our Family but especially for Our Precious Soul - Mami.
