I am leaving five stars because the end product quality was very good. Now, we did not expect the project to take a year and a half for completion. The initial conversation and signed agreement specifically mentions that it could “possibly” take up to a year. If they would have told us it would take a year and a half, we would have looked elsewhere. Fortunately, we purchased the monument because we are handling all of our final arrangements in advance. Everything that was written on the contract, Meier Brothers Monuments fulfilled it 100%. Brandi did an awesome job!!! Brandi went beyond the call of duty to make it happen.
