Like others have said, very rude and treated me like garbage. Both staff and Doctor Gonzales need to work on their bedside matter. People are not here because they wanna be, they’re there because they have to be. A little courtesy goes a long way. Avoid this train wreck of a medical facility if at all possible.

This location has the rudest nurse staff. I take my mother regularly and go with her to help explain things she may forget to ask or tell them during her visit and they would not let me in the room with her this time. They are also horrible about sending you out for specialists even though you need one as well as giving you refills for medication you need.

I have gone to a lot of drs and this one is by far the best. He is compassionate caring and genuine he puts his patients first I highly recommend this place

As a new patient the office staff only called to reschedule one time with no voicemail. The staff had an attitude when telling me I didn’t fill out the new patient paperwork. I didn’t due to health issues was not given paper copies. I asked for a doctors note since I missed work. It stated “Pt not seen today. “ instead of saying anything else. Never going back.

My sister has Alzheimer’s disease and they would not allow her caregiver to go with her to see the doctor. She came out not knowing if she saw a dr much less anything that was said. They gave her paperwork to the very same tests that was completed 4 months ago when she was last seen. Told the caregiver to get the results and have them sent to them. The staff was VERY rude, incompetent and did not listen to my caregiver’s questions or requests for records so I could go see a more competent doctor.

Do take their rating into consideration it’s 2.7 for a reason. Bridget Slaterry is not a doctor and should’ve be allowed to treat any patient. Everything needs to be via tele visit and if you have any further symptoms/ questions you must make a new appointment. If you are calling to make an appointment make sure it’s with a doctor. Biggest waste of time and money

Doctor Donaruma is a great doctor! He’s very nice and is understanding and really listens to you. Front office staff is nice as well.

When I called to schedule my appointment the front desk representative was rude. Day of my appointment seemed like every staff member and doctor hated their job. When I met with my doctor absolutely no feedback on what I was telling her. Missed my phone call with lab results. Called back 35 min before closing at 5 and no one answered my phone calls. This experience was horrible and will not be returning.

Went when for a visit and the wouldn't even let us see the doctor due to a cough and some congestion. They switched us to a telehealth call and then proceeded to just tell us to go to the ER. Total waste of time and money.
