I see Dr. Ormeno and I love this office! I’ve had hiccups with insurance and Sarah at the front desk is always super helpful and understanding. Dr. Ormeno is also very understanding and makes you feel comfortable during your appointment.

PA Barrientos, Melissa and Sarah are fantastic. I do not know the names of the other members of the team but this practice is by far the VERY BEST from reception to checkout. Everyone is friendly, care deeply for the patients and do a great job. Sometimes there are hiccups but it's not any body that physically works there. I know that the most common issues are a result of not having enough staff and some positions need to be more focused to one task. Improvements are being made though.

I’ve been a patient here for years. I see Jessica Barrientos. She is very caring, takes time to listen. She keeps me update with my labs and whatever else I need to do. Her nurse Melissa is helpful and caring.
I also appreciate some of the front desk ladies. Sherry is most helpful and caring.
The only problem I have and really dislike is they don’t answer their phones you have to leave a message and someone usually calls back in a timely manner. But not always.
Also here lately it is so hard to get in if you don’t have an appointment way ahead of time. Also that portal not crazy about. I rather talk to a human.
