I called MD AIR after seeing their tv commercial. I had been getting the run around from the builder (new home and another ac company) and wanted an honest and unbiased opinion.
MD Air provided me with a date and time asap.
Mike showed up that the time I was given. He fully inspected my air conditioner and found out why my ac wasn’t working properly. They provided detailed notes as to why ac wasn’t working and provided reasonable alternatives. I got the sense of genuine concern and professionalism. If you’re having any kind of issues do yourself a favor and call Md air.
I called after hours and Sean called me back within 15 minutes and listened to my concern. He checked with his dispatcher and had me scheduled for 8 am the next morning.
The next morning I got a call that Dusty was on his way. He came and found a small problem, corrected it and advised on what to do to prevent the problem. Everyone that we dealt with was great. I highly recommend MD Air.
From the installation of my current unit done quite a few years ago and the multiple service contracts I have had since, I am very confident in the workmanship and dedication shown by this company! In this last service, Wayne was very attentive to ensuring no damage or disarray occurred while he serviced my unit; when blowing out my drain line which runs through my bathroom sink he ensured he covered the sink so that anything that may have been clogging that drain did not get blown all over my bathroom! Best air conditioning company I have worked with!
