My husband and I cannot recommend McNair Custom Homes more highly. They listened to our list of needs and quickly prepared a perfect floor plan. We changed only very small items from their original plan and they were very easy to work with when we had any change orders. Our home is lovely and has a very positive “vibe”. We love living in our home and enjoy coming home every single day. Also, Pecan Springs is a beautiful neighborhood and is very peaceful. They still communicate with us to be sure that everything is still looking and working well. They create beautiful homes. :)
We had a great experience building our house with McNair custom homes. They communicated very well through the whole process. They were very upfront and honest with any and all change orders. That’s hard to find these days. I would highly recommend them to build your next home!
