I walked in and no one greeted me. The couches have stains and the bathroom is dirty. The girl who was scheduled to do my eyebrows showed up to my appointment 15 minutes late and took her time setting up her station. She did do a good job on my eyebrows which is why I’m giving the 3 stars. My lash lift after my eyebrows did not lift hardly at all but I still tipped. They did offer to redo it for free but I have not heard from them since then. Overall, 3 stars because the end product of my eyebrows was decent, but overall professionalism/customer service and cleanliness of the shop is just not there. Monica is absolutely amazing, eventhough my eyes are very sensitive, she gets them done perfect, and she always makes sure they feel okay! I am always in love with how my lashes turn out. Aubry does amazing brazillians and it is always lovely to get to talk with her!! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
I’m really happy with my eyelash extensions. I love waking up in the morning‘s & feeling so pretty. They give me a real confidence boost yet still so natural! Kiana is literally the best at what she does. I’ve been going to her for quite a while now. She knows just the way I like it, length wise, style, etc. I 150% recommend this salon for all your beauty needs!:)
