I wish I could give negative stars. I don’t even know where to begin. Do not let them care for your loved ones. They only care about the money. They do not care about the health and safety of the patients. We had one night nurse who would steal our food even after we talked to them, then the same nurse did physical things to our daughter we had proof of and maxim did their investigation and basically said he didn’t do anything wrong and kept him and then proceeded to make him employee of the month.. after a whole month of us deciding to switch companies not once did we hear from them in the whole month. Home based healthcare is full of mediore companies, Maxim unfortuantely seems to be part of the same crowd. Biggest complaint is lack of comminication, open shifts and no PRN backup. Repeated requests for communication and a good faith effort to do better are not answered. Since the entire industry has less than a three rating, a 2 seems a fitting average.

Maxim has been awesome with their services to my special needs son. They came to the hospital when he was in the NICU and again when he had his heart surgery. They coordinate the nurses as we need them and have set us up with two permanent nurses that we love. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we had coverage thru our insurance when our insurance was giving us a hard time. Thank you for all you do and Thank you to our awesome nurses Ted and Jeri!
