I love working for Maxim! The office staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable making them a pleasure to work with. I have been a nurse working for them for a year and a half now and they have always accommodated me with my ever changing schedule needs.

I've been with this company for 5 years working as a LVN. I've been treated with so much kindness and respect words cannot express. I have been a nurse since 1997, have worked many places but Maxim has been one of my top 3 favorite jobs of my career. The office staff has bent over backwards to help my Patient's families and myself so many times I cannot count! I have never felt as if they don't "have my back".

The recruiter team is awesome!! Very young, energetic and communicative. They are prompt to answer any questions any time. There is always someone available to talk with. I can say they care about their employees because they help you feel comfortable with your position, and if not they’ll accommodate your schedule and needs.
