Right from the get-go when making my appointment, Kelly and Lauren were super friendly! When I got there, Lauren, help me get checked in and ready for the appointment and helped pick out some little treats for after the appointment. Brandon, the masseur, was fantastic! He found knots I didn’t even know I had lol. Next time I’m definitely gonna do a 90 minutes instead of the 60 because of all the little hidden knots. Kelly, the esthetician, made my skin glow after my facial. I walked out of there, extremely relaxed and excited to schedule another appointment. Krissy, you have a wonderful team!
My husband and I cannot recommend Massage Therapy by Krissy enough. We’ve had multiple massage services and they have all been amazing. However, today I spoke with Laura who assisted me with a gift card for my MIL for the holiday. And I wanted to commend her for going above and beyond expectations during our interaction. Truly amazing customer service.
I received a Swedish Relaxation massage with additional Trigger Point therapy by Joy. It was fantastic. She worked specifically on the tension in my upper back and identified the tightness of my IT bands as the potential source of my low back pain. I have felt 100% better ever since and have another massage already scheduled.
