Booked a couples massage,Gregory Jamal did such a great job , my partner also enjoyed his by Michael's.He just didn't enjoy the unprofessionalism of the front desk lady with unnecessary comments and tone. Meanwhile the girl in training was friendly and professional.

The 5 stars are for Alexis alone. She worked out areas with specific expertise and skill. My lower back has always been a chronic problem. She stretched my hips and glutes and hit areas that I didn't even know were tight. If you need a real therapeutic massage, then ask for Alexis.

I'm surprised by the negative comments. I've been 4 times now, seeing 4 different therapists, and have had a good experience with all of them. They each had slightly different techniques, and after the 4th visit, I believe I've found the one I like best to request in the future. I think that's the key to getting the most out of massage, because every body is different and has different needs. You can’t expect someone to get it perfectly right the first time you see them.They create a good atmosphere, are reputable, and with a membership, they are very affordable compared to other places.
