**Update - after posting this, I was contacted by a representative of this location and was refunded my money. I changed my original post from 1* to 3 since it was a lot of going back and forth but I am appreciative of their actions to resolve this issue.I joined the Membership last year to get massage services to help with my back and neck. I had 2 amazing therapist there but due to my schedule and the therapist leaving this location, I was no longer able to get the services I was needing or preferred (female therapist/firm to deep tissue massage/after 5pm or weekend due to my work schedule). My husband gave my sister and I gift cards for 1 hr massage and another hr for anything we choose such as facials or ect. But when i booked my appointment over the phone they have a calling center that has no idea what my gift card was about so they only booked us 1hr massage. The massage was like blah, my husband with no experience does a way better job rubbing my feet and back. All he did was use lavender lotion and made my shoulder pop out of place to where my shoulder is in pain now. Never again if your looking for a relaxing cucumber facial treatment look else where cuz this place rushed my hour massage.

They need to do a better job with scheduling. The person on the phone used terms of this week and I come in on this exact week and it's the next week. This isn't the first time this has happened and some of us have very busy work schedules. I spend a lot of money here.. thousands!!! The LEAST they could do is schedule properly with the limited availability they have.
