I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this location. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily dismissive. As a regular customer, I visited for a shave and also wanted to inquire about speaking with the owner regarding vending machine services I provide, in case they might be interested.
I was informed that the owner was not available and was asked to leave a note. I explained that I had already left a note previously and had not received any response, so I politely asked if I could have a contact name or number to follow up. The receptionist declined to provide any information at all, including even the owner’s name, which made the situation feel unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable.
I respect privacy policies, but the way this was handled came across as rude and unprofessional, especially toward a loyal customer simply trying to make a business inquiry. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome, and unfortunately it has impacted my decision to return or recommend this establishment to others.

Went in for a quality haircut and beard trim tonight and Maria did not disappoint. She is awesome and takes pride in her work. I have not received a haircut this amazing in years. Maria thank you so much and I’ll be back in a month.

I arrived as a walk-in knowing that I may not get a hair cut. There was no sign-in sheet so I just sat down in the front chairs. No one acknowledged my presence. A lady came from the back and sat down in the front. She got on the computer and started to complain about her lunch schedule to another staff member. Still never having acknowledging me. Another man walked in and the lady was rude to him as well but was at least attempting to schedule an appointment. We just simply walked out

An Amazing Haircut and Experience with Ms. Maria I recently had the absolute best haircut and overall experience from the most amazing stylist. From start to finish, the service was professional, the stylist was incredibly talented, and the result was exactly what I wanted.
