Fantastic! Very professional, prompt and fast! Gave me a quote, did the work, and no issues at all. Explained everything very well. Hired to clean the coil and they told me it was not needed as it was clean! They installed an 4 inch a/c filter to the HVAC system. Excellent communication. Will use again.

Maldonado Mechanical Air did a great job of repairing my HVAC system. The blower motor had failed after 13 years. They obtained the correct replacement motor and installed it quickly & correctly. In addition they examined the entire system and made sure it was working properly with the new motor. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing heating and air conditioning repair or replacement.
