The ladies are great. But I’m used to them (most often 3) being here between 8-9:30 so I planned my day accordingly. Got here 10:35 so almost 11 before they started. I needed to leave by 1:15 so I feel they were rushed. Often we can skip some things that hadn’t been touched but not this week. We totally missed dining table top (which is usually covered). I felt bad for them having to rush. Not fair to them or me. I know I’m not their only customer. Future I need early schedule so I can plan my day as well. Knowing a month in advance I don’t think that’s too much to ask. Not for the price I pay.

09/22/2025 scheduled for a deep cleaning service. They showed up way past the time frame scheduled I had 8am to 10am they didn’t show till 11am. They were in “traffic” and in the 410 bandera area which was crazy because I was also in that area killing time and there was no traffic anywhere especially to show up an hour later after saying it’ll be 20/25 more minutes to get to my apt which is 10/15 minutes from that area. I didn’t get a deep cleaning I just got a regular cleaning the vents were all left dirty, floors not swept or mopped. My entertainment center was left dirty, walls dirty. Under my couch was left dirty my rug wasn’t vacuumed full of crumbs.… read full review

Licensed, Bonded, Insured---- 5 Stars for Maid Brigade in San Antonio! I am a long time client since about 2007 or so and highly recommended them. At first they came once a month to help. Recently we had to delay and reschedule several appointments and they were very understanding. Friendly & talented employees--all the teams are hardworking. Their Green Cleaning does not bother us---good to know if your home has someone with asthma. They're very conscientious and thorough----I don't even think of switching to another company.
