This was my first time having to handle funeral arrangements. I choose this place from previous extended family member passing. Mark was very patient, understanding, and helpful with everything. I was super lost and overwhelmed with everything. He just explained everything so clearly. Super patient with me. That was very important to me to make sure I took my time and didn't regret any of my choices. After my appointment all my stressing, worrying, and feeling so overwhelmed started going away. I appreciate how Hannah Shea was not only professional, but also efficient and caring in arranging the funeral for my husband. She patiently waited for my decisions. This was a very difficult time for me and Hannah reassured me at every turn. Even after the funeral, Ms. Shea continued to assist me by promptly submitting documents that I needed.
