Worst pedicure of my life!! The nail lady started talking in her language about the lady next to me who was "Autistic" and so I used my phone app to listen to her, it translated what she was saying and then i called her out because they all started laughing saying she just needs to be quiet and let her do her job. She apologized but I got up to leave after my nails were painted as I got up my heel touched the water she didnt drain yet and she gave me attitude so I said I'm sorry and she stared at me ugly so i asked her if she had a problem. She stayed quiet, so I sat there unrolling my jeans and she saod ok you can go i said i am going and she rolled her eyes and kept repeating herself for me to leave. i called the manager and he wasnt paying attention even though he was 6 feet away. He said it doesnt matter unless I had proof i said its here in my phone, I looked and it has refreshed on the app since she kept repeating herself.She an the other techs were inappropriate and she herself treated me rudely and kept telling me to leave her chair while I was getting my shoes back on.. if im being told to leave 3 times then why should I pay... I was being harassed to get out of my chair.
I said that it was inappropriate and disrespectful and I am not going to pay. He then said he'd call the cops so I said call them. But he didn't. He said he wasnt changing the price even though i was harassed by her and so i paid. Never going back there.
Pitiful management and even though I still paid I really should've walked out...
