Today was my first time going to radiant waxing and I will definitely be back. I had previously gone to a different place to get waxed for the last three years and I was sad because my normal esthetician ended up leaving that place.
I was nervous about going to a new place, but as soon as I walked in, all of my fears went away. The place is very clean, inviting, and I was greeted shortly after I walked in. The person who did my wax, Melania, was very thorough, explained all of the steps, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Allyson and Ploma are AWESOME! The service is always outstanding and the products are very good. The staff if very communicative and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort is top priority, whether it’s physical or mental. I will definitely keep coming here for all waxing needs.
The atmosphere is very nice. Everything was clean and I felt very comfortable while getting a wax. Erin was my waxologist for my appointment and I enjoyed her. 10/10 will definitely be back!
