I went to Luckey Nails with my mom and aunt, and we all had a wonderful experience. The salon was quiet, relaxing, and the staff never rushed us. Jasmine, the hostess, was amazing—she offered drinks, kept them refilled, helped with colors, and even lent me a phone charger.
Our nail technicians did an excellent job. My technician, Trisha, was friendly and detail-oriented. My mom and aunt were also very happy with their pedicures, manicures, and designs. Later, my husband joined us for a pedicure and received a great massage as well.
As first-time customers, we got 5% off, which was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!
I came in with my daughter for a pedicure, they took us back immediately. Offered us complimentary beverages and didn't try to push services or up charge us. Very friendly even though my daughter messed her toe nail up and it had to be fixed. And offered a special discount as first time customers. We could not have had a better or more relaxing experience. Definitely our new go to place.
I arrived at 5:55 and the close at 730 but I didn't get done until 8pm. A bit of a wait when I got here but one they started, Helen was amazing and very detailed. The offered drinks helped. My first visit here and was impressed. Overall great experience. Would recommend and will likely return. Thank you!
