“Bought two coin banks made with keyed USPO Box fronts. Before we gave them to our two grandsons we wanted to get duplicate keys made. Tried numerous locksmiths but they said that duplicate keys of PO boxes were not allowed by law. Jim at Whitley's knew the authorized way to get keys made for the banks.
